Employee Retention Tax Credit. ERC. ERTC.

The ERC

The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERC or ERTC) provides your business up to $26,000 per W-2 Employee if your business was subject to a governmental mandate or had a loss of revenue in 2020 or 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

(Even if your company’s revenues increased in 2021 over 2020, you may still qualify.)

Over 90% of businesses qualify for substantial tax refunds.

Unlike Paycheck Protection Loans, ERC refunds are not loans. They are refunds from the US Treasury for payroll taxes already paid. An incentive for having kept employees on your payroll.

There is no repayment or forgiveness applications and no restrictions on how you spend the money you receive.

We offer a free, no obligation pre-qualification. By answering a few, simple, non-invasive questions, we can determine if you likely qualify for this tax credit. There is no cost or obligation to be pre-qualified.

Learn more about the ERC on our FAQ page or directly on the IRS information page.
